Great Location and overall quiet and good community. The few things that I experience the HVAC did not put out comfortable temperatures either it would be to cold or to hot. Also dog owners needed to pick up after there dog poop. Also I think they should invest in updating the units and removing the carpet that in them and have all hard wood floors. The staff in the leasing office are very friendly and accommodating. Abby Bradley was wonderful helping me through the closing of my lease agreement. She is an absolutely excellent 😀

You can't beat the location - just 10 minutes from Carolina Beach and super close to downtown. We really like the charming cottage feel of our fenced-in patio and beautiful jasmine vines. The units are surprisingly soundproof, and we haven’t heard any noise from neighbors. Plus, we can walk down to the restaurant at the golf course for a drink or meal. Another plus, the clubhouse has a Port City Java coffee machine, and the staff is always friendly. We're thoroughly enjoying life here!

Excellent staff. Elaine is very professional and will handle anything that arises. Most of all she is a very kind woman and Darius follows her lead. I had a very pleasant 18 months, great neighbors, no issues. Felt at home. Very safe and centrally located. Highly recommend to anyone

I LOVE living here! From the moment I took a tour almost 5 years ago, I've loved this community. The clubhouse is beautiful & the workout room is great. The pool is my favorite amenity by far! All of the leasing agents who have been here have been great but Elena, the current agent is the best! She goes above & beyond to provide residents with a great living experience. Elena always has a smile when you stop in to the office. She addresses questions & concerns promptly & follows through until you're satisfied. She is one of the many reasons that The Townhomes of Beau Rivage is a great place to live. Come & check it out!

Elena, Evan and Darius are all amazing! They do everything possible to make sure you have everything you need in a timely manner. If there are issues they take care of them with a smile 😃 on their face!

Update with the maintenance request between Elena and Evan they reached out and communicated to me what was needed to complete my work orders to date. They showed compassion for my concerns and expressed accountability and empathy towards my experience in doing so they turned my experience around completely which I appreciated so much! My daughter was there when Darius from maintenance came and said he was very helpful , friendly and did a great job! Thank you to the entire team at Beau Rivage for really turning this around and welcoming me to the community wholeheartedly! Move in date 2/22/24 and a couple items inside the apartment such as shower door and vents and dishwasher were cleaned out before we moved in on the 2/24/24 however, an higher issue item such as my screen door knob being very broke and causes it to be difficult to access my apartment more so lately since move in has been Broke not closing properly or getting stuck making it hard to even access my apartment, I’ve since move in 2/27/24 entered work orders that appear to be “completed” 2/27/24 and 3/12/24 yet the door know hasn’t been replaced . They do not need access to the apartment to replace the screen door knob. I have since entered two more move - in work orders the 22nd of March will be a month. It’s Frustrating especially when you have to fight with the door at 7am to get into it.

Elena & Darius are always so so helpful! They’ve made everything super easy and always have quick responses to requests.

I am super impressed with Beau Rivage! From the moment my sister and I saw it online, we knew it was the place for us. I've been here about 5 months already and can't sing enough praises! We had a great experience touring all the way up to move in. It has been fantastic living here. Maintenance is super quick and so helpful when putting in work order. I adore the staff in the leasing office Elena and Evan - the absolute sweetest :) The homes are so cute and spacious. I love the closet space, and the outdoor patio! Keep up the great work!

I can not say enough good things about this property and the staff. Elena, the property manager, is probably one of the kindest humans I've ever met. Any issues that I have (normal apartment issues) are handled quickly, kindly, and very professionally handled. From Elena and Evan in the office (the most precious people ever) to the maintenance staff (Darius, you're amazing!), thank you for a wonderful living experience. I plan to be here for many years to come as long as these amazing people are here. If you want an amazing place to live, please please move here!
